This is a new revelation for me. Yes, we can help our own wellness with good habits, tending to our mental health, and rest, among others. But when you are drowning in burnout, it is not the time nor the place to be taught how to help yourself. We need the help of someone else at that point in time to jump in and give us a hand and pull us out so we can rest. That is what I haven't seen in medicine. We are missing the people that are supposed to be looking after the medical workers. Why is this? My direct reports are drowning also. They can't save anyone if they are barely keeping their head above water.
Interested in the little yellow activator (aka Protandim Nrf2 Synergizer) from the commercial? Check it out here.
Other amazing products that I recommend are the liquid collagen, fish oil, probiotic, and the NAD and Nrf1.
